Reservation Info & Booking Policy

Booking Information

We are contactable by text or email only.

For any queries in relation to bookings in the future please email us at bookings@smoresydney.com.au. If you would like to make a change to a booking within the next 48hrs or to let us know your running late, please text us on 0482 075 072 and we will respond as soon as possible. 

A minimum spend of $100 per person on food applies for all bookings on Friday and Saturday evenings (or the equivalent made up by all guests in total, ie $300 for 3 guests). This applies to adults and children. Please note, we are unable to cater for Vegans. 

For all reservations up to 6 guests, we require a valid credit card to secure the booking. Unfortunately, our experience dictates that we must take this precaution. The card details are held securely and only charged in the case of late cancellation or no show as per the below cancellation policy. A 10% service charge applies for groups of 6 or more guests. For groups of 7 or more guests, a deposit of $100pp applies along with a pre selected banquet menu and 10% service charge. All guests must dine on the same banquet menu. The deposit will be taken off the final bill on the day of your reservation.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that 48hrs or more notice is given (when circumstances allow) as a courtesy so that we can attempt to rebook your table. For groups of 6 or less, at least 48 hours notice is required for a cancellation or the card on file will be charged $100 per person. This will be held as a credit towards a future booking with us. The credit must be used in full on one occasion and cannot be used for multiple bookings. 

The below policy applies for cancellations or changes in numbers for large groups of 7 or more guests:
2 weeks or more notice – a full refund for the deposit paid less any surcharges will be provided.
13 days – 4 days notice – The deposit is kept, however can be used as a credit towards a future reservation
72hrs or less notice – The deposit is kept as a cancellation fee.



CHILDREN

Children are welcome but please be aware that we do not have high chairs and we have very limited room for prams. Please get in touch in advance if you require space for a pram so we can confirm if it is possible. All children must be supervised and stay seated in respect to the other diners experience. We do not have a kids menu however we do offer kid friendly options on our menu.

A mandatory public holiday surcharge of 15% applies. Special event dates and pre paid events are non refundable unless otherwise stated. Apologies, we are unable to accommodate changes to menus for special event days.
