For any queries in relation to bookings in the future please email us at bookings@smoresydney.com.au. If you would like to make a change to a booking within the next 48hrs or to let us know your running late, please text us on 0436 414 953 and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note, this number does not accept phone calls.

All bookings up to 6 guests are a 2 hour sitting with groups of 7+ 2.5hrs.

For all reservations, we require a valid credit card to secure the booking. The card details are held securely and only charged in the case of late cancellation or no show as per the below cancellation policy. A 10% service charge applies for groups of 6 or more guests. For groups of 7 or more guests, a pre selected banquet menu and 10% service charge applies. All guests must dine on the same banquet menu.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At least 48 hours notice is required for a cancellation or the card on file will be charged $100 per person. This will be held as a credit towards a future booking with us. The credit must be used in full on one occasion and cannot be used for multiple bookings. We respectfully advise our customers that in most cases we will no longer accept Covid-19 as a valid reason for cancelling.

For groups of 7+ dining on a banquet, any reduction in guest numbers WILL incur a cancellation fee of $100 per cancelled guest if less than 48hrs notice is given.

CHILDREN

Online bookings are for those aged 5 and over. If you wish to include a child or children aged under 5 in your booking, please contact us at bookings@smoresydney.com.au to discuss suitable options before booking as we do not have highchairs on site and very limited space for prams.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, TICKETED EVENTS AND SPECIAL MENUS

A mandatory public holiday surcharge of 15% applies. Special event dates and pre paid events are non refundable unless otherwise stated. Apologies, we are unable to accommodate changes to menus for special event days.
