The wine list at S’more is the culmination of a decade-long friendship between sommelier Paul Huet and S’more’s chef Sam Young. The friendship dates back to 2013 in a dining establishment where Paul was decanting a bottle. Sensing Sam’s curious gaze, Paul graciously poured him a taste, and the rest, as they say, is history.
